* Town of Gardner: Bruce & Amy Joski request a conditional use permit
as required by Section 4.08(8). The Joski's propose to replace an existing
small cottage with at 1,264 sq. ft. three bedroom, year-round residence as
part of a multiple occupancy development. This property is a portion of the
Shu-Nel Point Condominium and is located at 3817 Riles Point Road in a
Recreational Commercial (RC) zoning district.
* Town of Liberty Grove: Leslie & Tina Gen request a conditional use
permit as required by Section 4.08(8). The Gans propose to retain three sets
of living quarters in an existing residence at 2410 Log Cabin Lane in a
Mixed Use Commercial (MC) zoning district. The Gans purchased the former
Hoffman residence which contained a set of living quarters on the main level
of the house, a second set of living quarters in the lower level of the
house, and a third set of living quarters above an attached garage accessed
by an outside stairway only.
* Town of Gibraltar: Peninsula Art School requests a conditional use

Egg Harbor Village: The WI DNR issued a permit for a new Egg Harbor
Municipal Marina on 21 July. The Village expects to hold a ribbon cutting
ceremony on 09 August at the start of the $8 million construction project.
The Village has spent nearly $300,000 in the design of a new breakwater,
increasing the number of slips from 33 to 65, including space for boats of
up to 50' in length. According to the DNR the breakwater is failing. The
design given DNR approval would have a wall with a concrete walkway
extending about 460' into Green Bay, about twice the length of the existing
structure. The Village Board rejected petitions seeking a delay in the plan
to borrow more than $4 million. A second group of petitions was circulated
requiring the Village to put any capital expenditure of more than $1 million
to a referendum before committing to the work. The petition filed 30 June
means the Village Board must vote on whether to place the question before
the voters, possibly as early as the 09 September primary. The Village will
hold a special meeting at 1:30 PM Thursday, 24 July to consider the matter.

Ephraim Village: Diane Kirkland will be retiring as administrator/clerk next
