Door County Hotel Condo Report- 7/31/2008
Northern Door County - Sales Reported to the Door County MLS*

Summary
Hotel condo buyers appear to be on strike - only six units have sold so far this year.  If you're a risk taker, finding a unit with good rental history and a "motivated" seller might prove to be a good combination.  It's beautiful here - come on up and look around! The gas cost will probably be less than the price of one good dinner out...
